About the studio
Ema Pincan, interior designer.
I run Intro Design Studio with an approach that puts everyday life ahead of trends. I believe in spaces that are both warm and functional — where materials, light and layout work for you, not against you.
I work on the island of Krk, in Rijeka, Kvarner and Istria, but also online with clients who own an apartment, villa or holiday home in Croatia. I lead every project personally — from the first conversation to the last detail.

- How much does interior design cost?
- The price depends on the scope and complexity of the project — the size of the space, the number of rooms and whether you need only a concept, a full detailed design or individual services such as a floor plan or 3D visualization. I can give you an accurate estimate after a short conversation about your space — get in touch through the contact form and I will prepare a personalized quote.
- Is it worth hiring an interior designer?
- Yes. A good designer saves you time and money by avoiding costly mistakes in layout, materials and procurement, and by coordinating contractors. The result is a space that works better day-to-day, lasts longer and holds more value — whether it is a home, holiday house or rental apartment.
- Do you work outside Krk and Rijeka?
- Yes. I most often work on Krk, in Rijeka, Kvarner and Istria, but I take on projects across Croatia. For more distant locations part of the work is done online with occasional site visits.
- Can I order only a 3D visualization or floor plan?
- Of course. The services can be combined or ordered individually — for example only a floor plan or only 3D visualizations of an existing project.
- How long does a project take?
- Smaller apartments and holiday rentals usually 4–8 weeks for the design and visualization phase. Larger residential and commercial spaces take longer — we define the schedule in the first conversation.
- Do you help with selecting contractors and materials?
- Yes. I help select materials, lighting, textiles and furniture, and when needed connect clients with trusted contractors.
- Do you design holiday rental apartments?
- Yes, that is one of the studio's specialties. I focus on durable materials, easy maintenance and the impression on listing photos.
